Have a bridal shower coming up in a week and called Ja-Doc Inglis. They said they were booked solid for two weeks. I mentioned my situation and I got a call back 10 minutes later and I had a crew here is less than an hour. They sent probably one of the most personable fellows I have ever met. His name was Brent Cleroux. Not only was he friendly, he was like a carpet doctor. He shared all kinds of knowledge like bare feet are really bad for carpets because the oils break down the carpet faster. He knew the quality, fabric, make etc. There was also a room that I didn't necessarily want cleaned, but he went in and did a little spot cleaning. All in all, fast, friendly and efficient. Price was also $90 less than competitive bid. ~ Bob M
A terrible accident resulted in a nasty blood stain. I found JaDoc through the internet, no previous knowledge. Connected with Nick who after seeing photos was VERY confident of 90-95% success, with the caution that it did depend on what may have soaked through to the underpad. So we were warned. He scheduled the team quickly - with blood time is of the essence. They were on-time and efficient - unfortunately a few days after the first pass, the stain rose to the surface. Nick was on it! He quickly arranged for someone to come for a second pass. This guy was VERY experienced and 100% confident his additional treatment would work - and he was right! I had a very good experience with this company. In the spring I had my couches cleaned. Wer did a great job, so professional and pleasant. I recently had my carpets cleaned which was another great experience. I noticed that when the carpet was dry there seemed to be some dark spots that were not there before. I called and was told that they were sorry and would send someone as soon as possible. The next week Wer was here and did an awesome job. He said that if there was any problem when it dried to just call the office back. This company was a joy to deal with and I will certainly be calling them back for future jobs. I have a small area of carpet needing repair. Had rugs cleaned and stain wouldn't come out. Thinking that removing a small piece from closet area to replace. Do you do this type of work? Cost?
Yes. This isn't a problem. Only thing to consider is taking a brand new piece of carpet from that closet that has never been walked on or been in sunlight and putting it into an area that *may* be considerably more worn out. This may stand out more than you'd like.
I have 2 Oriental Rugs, each approximately 6.5 x 10 feet that need to be cleaned. I live in Perth but could bring them in to you. I that possible, how do you clean them, and what do you charge?
Thank you for getting in touch. The cost for cleaning hand-knotted wool rugs at that size is $227.50 each + hst. If they are machine-made wool the cost would be between $185.25 (no-fringe) and $195.00 (with fringe).
