A terrible accident resulted in a nasty blood stain. I found JaDoc through the internet, no previous knowledge. Connected with Nick who after seeing photos was VERY confident of 90-95% success, with the caution that it did depend on what may have soaked through to the underpad. So we were warned. He scheduled the team quickly - with blood time is of the essence. They were on-time and efficient - unfortunately a few days after the first pass, the stain rose to the surface. Nick was on it! He quickly arranged for someone to come for a second pass. This guy was VERY experienced and 100% confident his additional treatment would work - and he was right! Have a bridal shower coming up in a week and called Ja-Doc Inglis. They said they were booked solid for two weeks. I mentioned my situation and I got a call back 10 minutes later and I had a crew here is less than an hour. They sent probably one of the most personable fellows I have ever met. His name was Brent Cleroux. Not only was he friendly, he was like a carpet doctor. He shared all kinds of knowledge like bare feet are really bad for carpets because the oils break down the carpet faster. He knew the quality, fabric, make etc. There was also a room that I didn't necessarily want cleaned, but he went in and did a little spot cleaning. All in all, fast, friendly and efficient. Price was also $90 less than competitive bid. ~ Bob M

We have been using Inglis Carpet Cleaning for our valuable wool and silk carpets now for the past 20 years. They ALWAYS do an excellent job on cleaning and event making repairs when those have been necessary. Our most recent visit was occasioned by a flood we had had in our home and ensuing renovations. The whole episode ended up taking a significantly longer than we ever expected. We ended up needing Jadoc Inglis to store our cleaned carpet for us while this work was on-going. Mitchel was extremely understanding and kind to us despite our inconveniencing them during all of this. Their customer service is as outstanding as their care and cleaning. During all of our years using their services, they have never let us down. Just the opposite. They consistently exceed all expectations! I recently booked an upholstery and area rug cleaning. I saw their add on Facebook and called. I was provided an appointment in a reasonable time period from my initial call. A quote for the upholstery cleaning was provided. The cleaner was professional and did a great job and explained what I needed to do one the upholstery was dry. He took the area rug with him and another quote was provided based on the size of the rug. I approved the quote and the carpet was done sooner than they estimated. All in all the service was great, I was kept informed at every stage and the costs were reasonable. I highly recommend JaDoc for you cleaning needs. ~ Tracey M

I’m very satisfied with their service. Before I gave them the job, I asked if they could show me around the cleaning process. They walked me through the entire cleaning plant. From the tumbling machine to remove sand and grit over to the cleaning machine. Removing the carpet to do some spot cleaning and cleaning the carpet again. I was then taken to the drying room where the carpets are hung to dry for days until delivery or customer pick up. I was really impressed with their thoroughness and dedication to service. They will tell you themselves their service is not cheap. My carpet came back looking new again. Would I get them to clean it again? Yes!!! Ray ~ Ray S

I had a very good experience with this company. In the spring I had my couches cleaned. Wer did a great job, so professional and pleasant. I recently had my carpets cleaned which was another great experience. I noticed that when the carpet was dry there seemed to be some dark spots that were not there before. I called and was told that they were sorry and would send someone as soon as possible. The next week Wer was here and did an awesome job. He said that if there was any problem when it dried to just call the office back. This company was a joy to deal with and I will certainly be calling them back for future jobs. It’s very difficult to find a reliable company these days. We are very pleased with Inglis Carpet Cleaners Inc because they made the appointment booking easy and convenient and there was no time wasted. I booked my appointment on their website, received a reminder and confirmation email, they showed up on time and did a wonderful job. JaDoc offered the most competitive rate out of the several carpet cleaning companies that I had requested quotes from. They were responsive and the quote was detailed. The technician showed up early and was extremely professional while adhering to safety precautions including physical distancing considering the current pandemic situation. I was extremely satisfied with the job completed as I needed the carpets in a recently purchased home cleaned and sanitized to get rid of allergens, stains and odour from previous owner's cats. I had several ripples in my carpet and a burn mark caused by a tipped-over lamp. Booking the service was incredibly easy, and the company responded quickly with a quote. Khaled, the technician who came to do the work, was fantastic. He repaired both the ripples and the burn mark, and I’m very happy with the results. Jadoc provided great service. Wei came on time and did an excellent job cleaning our plush dining room chairs and two large wall-to-wall carpets. They took our large movable grey bedroom carpet to their shop and put it through three cycles of cleaning. The end result is a beautiful carpet, clean like new. Brent and Jason delivered and returned this carpet to . our second floor bedroom. They did a great job of moving all our furniture out and then back to its original location. I recently brought in a 100% wool rug to JaDoc Inglis that had been badly stained by pets. Further, the stains were old. Frankly, I was seriously considering throwing it out but they quoted a reasonable price to clean, so I thought I would try to save it. They did an absolutely fabulous job of removing the stains and returning the carpet to a beautiful, useable state. Couldn’t be more impressed and happy with the outcome. This is the second natural fibre carpet (the other was a cotton/wool flat weave) that they have brought back to life for me. Highly recommend! ~ Sue B

My 23 year old carpet is in good shape, except it recently started to break down at a high traffic spot between the living room and the kitchen. I have had great experience with Ja-Doc Carpet Cleaning, so I called to see if they could solve this problem. Brent did a wonderful job, he arranged an appointment that was convenient for me, skillfully stretched the carpet and installed a transition strip with great care to be sure no one would stumble over it. From the quoting to the actual work, everything was well done. The quoting method is super easy with a clear online system. Making an appointment was a breeze. Come time for the actual appointment, my only complaint would be that the technician came early - we were luckily at home! The technician was great with our dog, and did an excellent job. Despite our couch cushions being able to be removed and washed in the washing machine, the cleaning took odours away from the cushions themselves, leaving the whole house smelling fresh! When I found carpet eating moths on three of my favourite area rugs just a few weeks before moving, I was devastated and thought they were lost. I found a couple of companies via Google and one was unable to help me so they suggested I call Jadoc Inglis, who have been fantastic and got my carpets back to me within record time. I used the carpet cleaning services as well as vinyl installation. The carpet cleaning was efficient and nicely done. The vinyl installation was contracted and Hussein and his brother were wonderful. They did a great job removing carpet and installing the vinyl. Professional, efficient, they recommended the materials and installed everything in 2 days (2 bedrooms + hallway). As a collector of white vintage Beni-Ourains (a thick-piled carpet woven by female tribes in the Atlas Mountains), and owner of three dogs, the excellence of JaDoc has been very instrumental in my home as well as my work life. We got our carpets stretched - the process was so easy with JADOC INGLIS. Shane came to do the estimate - he was courteous and kind, very transparent, and provided us with a very fair quote. I was thoroughly impressed by the dedication of the lady carrying out the shampooing task. Without seeking any assistance, she single-handedly moved heavy furniture out of the way and assiduously operated the shampooing gadget in every corner of the rooms as well as the sofas. Great service. We have been using Jadoc Inglis for almost 40 years now and have never been disappointed. This time they come to house to do our bedroom wall to wall, and the stairs and runner in the hall. They were prompt and very efficient and the carpets look great again. We called JaDoc Inglis Carpet and Rug Care because of the outstanding reviews on Google. I couldn't agree more. Their workmanship is impeccable. We had a section of carpet that was torn up by our cat and the repair is totally seamless - you can't see where the new carpet begins or ends.
